I was calling Netgear technical support. Had a bad experience.
After getting through much of information providing, I was ready for troubleshooting of my not-working netgear router. The technical officer is not so friendly. When I tried to explain to him, I had done what he wanted me to do. (Oh, come on, I get distinction (A+) for my networking). He with his not-so-friendly voice said : “Just PLUG IN to INTERNET port!!”. Hey, Shouldn’t you be more polite? I am your customer. Even, I was arrogant or what(In fact, I was trying my very best to be polite).
I with my very angry voice shouted back. He was very calm and with a nice voice, then.
PS: Netgear technical support officer speaks like robot that I thought I was chatting with robot!
