Right or Wrong

The conversation below is quoted from somewhere else

“A : Suppose you are looking after a baby. The baby is playing with metal object. He’s biting it and want to swallow it. What would you do?
B : I’d take away the metal object.

A : Why?

B : He’d die or otherwise injured if he swallowed it. “

Many people are arguing there is no right or wrong. But it’s wrong to let the child swallow the metal object. In the eye of wiser, ignorant is simply child who is trying to swallow the metal object.
