yea kinda… but if you do nothing then you won’t be in a delimma or another way is to scold them le then you praise them… like bad news then good news kind of thing
If I understand you correctly, you said I needed to combine both. But once they feel discouraged, it’s hard for them to stand up again.
If you scold them, the praise will not be so effective again.
